Frequently Asked Questions
GENERAL FAQ
What should I book if it’s my first visit?
Book the Skin Reset Facial. It includes a full consultation, skin analysis, and a customized treatment so we can address your unique concerns and goals.
What’s included in the Skin Reset Facial?
This facial includes a thorough consultation, deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), massage, masking, and finishing products tailored to your skin. It’s the perfect starting point for new clients.
How often should I come in for treatments?
Most clients see the best results visiting every 4–6 weeks. Advanced treatments like microneedling or peels may have their own recommended schedule.

Yes — several treatments are safe, including enzyme facials, gentle dermaplaning, hydro facials without salicylic acid, and nourishing treatments. Just let me know if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding so I can customize safely.

I use professional, medical-grade products including GlyMed Plus, Skin Script, Circadia, and advanced peptide formulations chosen for safety, efficacy, and long-term skin health.
How should I arrive to my appointment?
Come with a clean face when possible, avoid active skincare (retinol, exfoliants, benzoyl peroxide) for 48 hours, and disclose any recent treatments or medications.
FACIALS & ADVANCED ESTHETICS
What’s the difference between a facial and an advanced treatment?
Facials focus on glow, hydration, and relaxation. Advanced esthetics target deeper concerns such as acne, texture, scarring, pigmentation, and aging through microneedling, chemical peels, hydro facials, and more.
Does microneedling hurt?
A topical numbing cream minimizes discomfort. Most clients describe it as a mild prickling or scratching sensation. Redness for 24–48 hours is normal.
Can I wear makeup after my treatment?
After relaxation facials—yes, within a few hours.
After microneedling, chemical peels, or advanced treatments—wait 24–48 hours before applying makeup.
How soon will I see results from microneedling?
Most clients notice a smoother glow within 3–7 days, with deeper improvements to texture, scars, and fine lines over 4–6 weeks as collagen rebuilds.
What’s included in the Skin Reset Facial?
This facial includes a thorough consultation, deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), massage, masking, and finishing products tailored to your skin. It’s the perfect starting point for new clients.
Are chemical peels safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — I offer enzyme and low-acid peels formulated for sensitive and rosacea-prone skin. Stronger peels can be introduced gradually based on your tolerance.
How should I care for my skin after an advanced treatment?
Avoid sweating, sun exposure, makeup, and active ingredients for 24–48 hours. Keep skin hydrated and follow your personalized aftercare instructions.
LASHES, BROWS, & BODY FAQ
How long does a lash lift and tint last?
Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. Tint fades gradually but the lift holds beautifully.
Is brow lamination safe?
Yes — when done professionally. Brow lamination smooths and shapes brow hairs for a fuller, lifted look. Aftercare includes keeping brows dry for 24 hours and applying nourishing oil.
How long will my brow tint last?
Tint usually lasts 10-14 days on skin and up to 4 weeks on hair, depending on your skin type, aftercare, and cleansing routine.
Does waxing hurt?
There may be a quick sting, but discomfort is minimal and temporary. I use high-quality wax and soothing techniques to keep you comfortable.
Can I get waxed if I’m using retinol?
If retinol, tretinoin, or strong exfoliants have been used within the past 5–7 days, waxing is not recommended. Please disclose your skincare routine before your service.
How long does hair need to be for waxing?
Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) for best results.
